Founder and owner, Jeff Geyer, is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BBA degree in finance. He sits on numerous boards and committees within the community & his church, Northside Baptist Church. He is also a Free Mason, Order of the Eastern Star member, and Shriner.

CFO, Jason Benefield, has an undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master’s Degree from Southern Methodist University in Accounting. He has been a licensed CPA in the State of Texas since 2001.

Smile Director, Alicia Elliott, is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University with a BBA degree in Business-Psychology. Alicia serves in the preschool department and other areas of her church, Northside Baptist Church, and is actively involved with youth athletics in the community.

I.T. Manager, Tim McGee, graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Economics and Computer Science minor. Before heading to Texas to attend TCU, Tim grew up in Kansas City before his family moved to Denver, Colorado.

Administrative Assistant, Susie Albertson, is a former homeschool mom and Parker county resident of seven years. She teaches Sunday School at Fort Worth Baptist Temple and is active within her children's sports programs.

Sales Manager, John Sears, is a lifelong resident of Graham Texas. He is a member of Oak Street Baptist Church and participates in many church programs and activities. Former President of the Girls Little League, he enjoys coaching youth sports, hunting, and fishing.

Senior Estimator, Michael Larvin, is a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in management. He is also a licensed Professional Home Inspector, TREC #23655. Michael is active in the community and his church, Northside Baptist Church. He enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and beekeeping.

Senior Estimator, Guy Wiggs, Graduate of Texas A&M University, class of 1987, with a BBS degree in Business Analysis. Guy has been involved with home renovations most of his life, worked professionally, and in home construction since 1997.

Senior Estimator, Joe has been a resident of Weatherford since 2001 with several years of roofing experience. He participates in youth sporting events and community activities. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

Project Manager, David Maisel, is a lifelong resident of Parker County. He attended Tarrant County College, Tyndale Theological, and Grand Canyon University. He was previously an insurance adjuster and currently attends Waterhouse church in Weatherford.

Project Manager, David Branch, is a lifelong resident of Fort Worth and Weatherford. He earned a BBA in Management from TCU and MBA from Dallas Baptist. He is a member of Christ Chapel Bible Church and also active through organizations such as Rotary. His hobbies include golf and bridge.

Project Manager, Carlton Hamann, has been a resident of Weatherford since 1992. He has been in the insurance industry for over 31 years. He and his family attend church at “The Summit” in Aledo. Carlton enjoys watching his son play sports, hunting and camping trips with the family.

Senior Estimator, Danny Huckobey, is a lifelong resident of Graham Texas and Possum Kingdom Lake. A member of the First Baptist Church of Graham and coached boys and girls little league sports for over a decade. He earned a B.S.N. from Southwest Texas State University and has been in the construction and roofing industry for over 16 years.
